Colors are always the start for the inspiration of your wedding or styled shoot. Start with the bold and go from there. This editorial stylized shoot that took place in the empty part of The Prettiest Pieces warehouse really came to life with the power of color.
Walking into the shoot I had a vision. Boho chairs at the table, clear glasses for the table setting, dark purple napkins and berries were not involved. When I got there it all changed. Being able to walk around and play and pick and choose to make the table and the ceremony site perfect really was a game changer. We went with green wine glasses , berries instead of a napkins and somehow I ended up spray painting my black taper candles.
The inspiration of a “moody” color palette never changed and when I went to Caroline about doing the shoot at her location her mind went straight to the a ceremony site inside in the empty section with mix-match chairs & a few mix match end tables to hold the floral.
Andraya with FLORA came to the shoot with amazing bold colors that matched perfectly with the black matte place settings, green vintage glasses and the black berries. Bergen made a hand written table runner that helped pull everything together.
The Dress from Kata Banko Couture brought the edgy feel to the bride, along with her makeup done by Heather bye HDezarn Artistry. The gold headpiece by Simona bridal also brought a bit of elegance to the bride. Wedding Paper Love pulled the details all together with her invitations that so perfectly matched the floral.
Allie Miller Photography captured the vision so perfectly with really accentuating the colors and the moody style.
