Central Park Engagement Session

January 10, 2019

These two have a connection like a couple in one of those broadway musicals which, coincidentally is how they met. Marshall is a composer/ book-writer/ director in New York City and he cast Kellie as an actress in a musical that he was directing in LA. Kellie immediately knew Marshall was the one, but because he was technically her boss the two tried to keep it professional until the show closed. As soon as it did, Kellie decided to fly to NYC to see if the connection was something real, and the rest is history!

In true theatrical style, Marshall planned the most elaborate proposal ever, and convinced Kellie that she wanted to take a walk through Central Park. As they were walking, they overheard a cappella singers singing Kellie’s favorite song; Carol King’s Where You Lead. At the very end of the song, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife! She was crying so much it took a while for her to even be able to say yes, but as soon as she did, 50 of their closest friends popped out with champagne to celebrate in the middle of Central Park. How sweet is that?

These two clearly have the sweetest connection, and it is so evident in these pictures. They have so much joy, and we love the authenticity that was captured here. These images really bring out their playfulness, and bold personalities. We are so excited for these two to tie the knot and can’t wait to see wedding photos soon!
